About the position The Pharmacy Customer Associate I - Bilingual is a remote position responsible for providing customer support related to pharmacy retail and mail order prescriptions. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via telephone and written correspondence, ensuring positive customer relations, and coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer requests in a timely manner. The associate will also assist customers in understanding their options and using available technology and resources effectively. Responsibilities Respond to basic customer questions regarding pharmacy retail and mail order prescriptions via telephone and written correspondence. , Develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately. , Interact with internal and external customers to provide claims, customer service, and membership support. , Conduct necessary research to provide proactive and thorough solutions to customer inquiries. , Display ownership of service requests, ensuring high-quality resolution and follow-through. , Support and guide customers in understanding their personal options and using available technology. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. , Previous experience in an automated customer service environment preferred. , Bilingual (Spanish) or multi-language skills required, with the ability to pass a validated language test.
