EA, Investment Banking (hybrid 4/1)
Salary: £55,000 Are you a highly experienced EA with extensive experience within Investment Banking? Do you thrive working in a fast-paced and client-facing environment? Are you approachable, composed and able to build relationships at all levels? A global investment bank is looking for a 1 st class EA. You will use your professional experience and sound judgement to provide seamless support to a demanding and dynamic MD with some additional support to a small team. What you'll be doing day to day: Extensive and complex diary and inbox management, managing conflicting schedules Inbox management/gatekeeping Extensive global travel planning, preparing detailed itineraries Assistance with conference organisation and client hospitality Building relationships with internal/external stakeholders at all levels Creating and editing reports and presentations The skills you need to bring: Senior EA experience gained within Investment Banking is essential Exemplary communication and presentation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong decision-making skills Ability to communicate with senior management and executives Superb attention to detail Strong MS Office skills + bonus + benefits Apply Job!
