What does this role entail? Due to our continued growth, Fenergo is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Payable (AP) & Payroll Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments, maintaining strong relationships with vendors, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities • PO process management • AP invoice approvals and processing • Spend reporting / controls monitoring • Treasury management (receipts and payments processing and bank reconciliations) • Payroll processing and query resolution • Other ad-hoc tasks Key Expectations • Financial reporting knowledge preferable • Must have intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience with Excel • Strong attention to detail • Intermediate experience in PPT • NetSuite experience preferable • Intermediate experience preferable in Coupa; Navan; JPM Treasury; FloQast Our promise to you We are striving to become global leaders across all of the categories we operate in and as part of that we are a high-performing highly collaborative team that works cross functionally to accommodate our clients needs.
