SC/SE Campus Women's Pastor

Would you like to be an integral part of helping women get plugged into the church where they can be fully engaged in doing life with other women while pushing roots deep into the soil of God's word? Does the thought of growing, developing, and shepherding a great team of volunteer community group leaders and coaches, pouring into them to help them develop into vibrant, healthy, committed believers sound like something you were made to do? In this people-focused pastoral staff position our ideal candidate would use their leadership, administration, communication, and shepherding gifts as they provide leadership for the development and oversight of the St. Charles Campus women's ministries. The women's pastor serves as a key contributor on the strategic development of community groups and adult ministries programs, events, and initiatives for the campus and together with the senior director of discipleship, this role sets the direction for women's ministries in consideration of the needs and resources of the campus. We see this person as a vital connection point in helping women become passionate followers of Jesus Christ who are joyfuly invested in the life of Christ Community Church.
