Responsibilities • Perform accurate data entry of invoices and billing details to ensure expenses are tracked and processed efficiently. , • Enter and reconcile financial transactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date account records. , • Utilize accounting software and related tools to manage and monitor accounts payable activity. , • Ensure timely and precise processing of invoices and payments in line with departmental standards. , • Verify invoice details, including purchase orders, pricing, payment terms, and additional charges, for accuracy. , • Maintain strong vendor relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving discrepancies promptly. , • Support process evaluations and contribute to improving workflow procedures. , • Assist with managing accounts payable for multiple entities and suppliers to meet deadlines and compliance standards. , • Monitor invoices to ensure all payments are issued on time. , • Take on additional data-related responsibilities as needed to support the department.
