Responsibilities • Provides instruction to students in various settings. , • Assesses and develops curriculum to meet participant needs and program objectives. , • Acts as the team leader in team teaching situations. , • Develops recruitment techniques and recruits program participants. , • Maintains good relationships with other service providers and recruitment sources. , • Records individual and group progress as dictated by contract compliance and professional standards. , • Compiles and analyzes statistics and prepares reports for supervisors as requested. , • Orders and maintains inventory of instructional materials. , • Participates in staff meetings, in-service training, and organization activities. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in education or related field. , • Fluency in a second language may be required. , • Valid driver's license may be required. , • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. , • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. , • Excellent communication skills and ability to speak effectively before groups. , • Access to regular, dependable, and timely transportation. , • Ability to work with people of varying socioeconomic backgrounds. , • Strong networking and relationship-building skills. , • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
