You can experience our community for yourself by downloading our free to use app. Responsibilities • Provide personalized one-on-one mentoring sessions to individuals interested in online tutoring gig work. • Guide and mentor individuals in understanding the gig economy landscape and finding the right opportunities. • Develop educational materials and resources related to online tutoring gig work. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the gig economy to provide accurate and relevant information. • Conduct assessments and provide feedback to individuals on their progress and areas for improvement. • Support individuals in setting realistic goals and developing action plans to achieve them. • Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment for individuals to build confidence and skills. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. • Proven experience in primary or secondary education, with a focus on individualized instruction. • Strong understanding of the gig economy and various gig work platforms. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual's learning needs. • Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and tools. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
