Regional Representative, Early Learning - Northern California

About the position The Regional Representative for Early Learning at MarcoPolo Learning is responsible for promoting the company's educational products and services to school districts and early childhood centers in Northern California. This role involves leveraging existing networks, conducting presentations, and maintaining relationships to enhance the brand's presence in the local market. The position requires a strong background in early childhood education and the ability to work independently while contributing to a dynamic team environment. Responsibilities • Utilize existing network and outreach methods to connect with school districts and early childhood centers about MarcoPolo Learning's products. , • Leverage contacts to introduce school districts to MarcoPolo Learning's offerings. , • Develop the brand in the local market through social media, email marketing, and events. , • Conduct online presentations, demos, and face-to-face meetings with school districts. , • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. , • Maintain accurate records of activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software. , • Provide regular feedback to management on market conditions, customer feedback, and product improvements. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. , • Experience teaching preschool or kindergarten at a school district or state-funded early childhood center. , • Experience working for a school district in roles such as instructional coordinator, education administrator, or curriculum coordinator. , • Established relationships and a solid network within the school district. , • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. , • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. , • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. , • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. , • Willingness to travel within the region as needed. , • Passion for early childhood education and understanding of sector challenges.
