Key Responsibilities Provide supervision for Associate Counselors, fostering their professional development Offer psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups Create individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulations Uphold ethical and legal standards in all interactions Engage regularly with referral sources and other healthcare providers Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including art therapists and medical professionals, to formulate effective treatment plans Stay informed on psychopharmacology and medical documentation standards Collect and assess data relevant to treatment outcomes Utilize strong interpersonal skills to cultivate positive client relationships Work autonomously while promoting a collaborative team atmosphere Required Skills Minimum of two years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor Expertise in providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups Proficiency in developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and medical documentation Excellent communication and organizational abilities Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical and legal guidelines Capacity to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals
