West Virginia Special Education Teacher - Fully Remote

VocoVision is seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to work remotely with a school district in West Virginia. VocoVision has more than 12 years of experience supporting remote educators and is uniquely equipped to help teachers deliver their services virtually. Overview: • Full-time – 37.5 hours per week • Hours include both direct and indirect services • Monday-Friday, 7:30-3:30 • Contract position • Must be able to pass tech screening and provide liability insurance. Responsibilities • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities. • Create and adapt instructional materials to meet the unique needs of each student. • Provide direct instruction to students through videoconferencing. • Monitor and assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed. • Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other educators to ensure a comprehensive support system for each student. • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations. Requirements: • Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field • West Vriginia teaching certification in Special Education K-12. • 2 or more years of experience working as a special education teacher onsite. • Comfortable with technology and virtual teaching platforms. • Dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.
