Business Systems Analyst Fully remote position

Indotronix is seeking a Business Systems Analyst Fully remote position Position Title: Business Systems Analyst Position Location: Fully remote - if they are in Auburn Indiana hybrid (Wednesday collaboration day) Duration: Contract to hire Roles and Responsibilities: Identify a new metric that the team wants to start digging into, identify stakeholders and personnel and meet with them to determine what events they would need to look for, deem what is an acceptable performance threshold, what is a cause for concern, and when would they want to set off an alert - sift through the data and make sure the alerts are set to be triggered in accordance to business requirements - stand ups 3x a week, additional meetings specifically around monitoring and alerting Must-Have Technical Skills: Listed in order of importance -Elasticsearch -Kibana (particularly alerting capabilities) -Ability to present information visually and construct a narrative through graphs, charts, and trendlines -Jira -Confluence Flex Skills/Nice to Have: -Vega and/or Vega-Lite, Ability to use webhooks to integrate with services like MS Teams, PagerDuty, or Opsgenie Soft Skills: - Strong written and oral communication skills - Ability to work with a team and independently - Analytical and detail-oriented mind - Open and timely communication - Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities Education Required: Bachelor's degree preferred but looking for relevant work experience - Elastic Certification nice to have Years of experience: Level 2 3-5 years Interview Process: 1 step panel ITV with HM, other managers and director Indotronix Commitment : A Safe and Inclusive Workplace" - Promoting a Culture of Inclusion, Respect, Equality, and Diversity: Ensuring Safety and Non-Discrimination.
