The Senior Manager of Quality and Project Management at CVS Health is responsible for leading the organization's quality assurance programs and managing strategic project initiatives. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality products and services while effectively overseeing projects to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management systems, project management methodologies, and cross-functional leadership. Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements , • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product and service quality, ensuring continuous improvement , • Lead quality audits, risk assessments, and root cause analysis to address defects and process inefficiencies , • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are integrated into product design, development, and delivery , • Provide guidance and training to teams on quality standards, compliance requirements, and best practices , • Oversee corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes to resolve quality-related issues , • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals , • Develop project charters, schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and monitor their progress to ensure timely completion , • Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration, clear communication, and accountability , • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues through proactive planning and stakeholder engagement , • Implement project management best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve organizational efficiency , • Report project performance to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in quality management and project management or similar discipline, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Preferred Qualifications • Strong knowledge of quality standards (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) and regulatory compliance , • Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with successful outcomes , • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Rally) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) , • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills , • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience working with diverse stakeholders , • Certification in quality (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt) and/or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) , • Master's degree in a related field , • Familiarity with advanced quality management frameworks (e.g., TQM, Kaizen) and tools (e.g., Minitab) , • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) , • Experience implementing digital quality systems or project management platforms , • Experience in healthcare and/or PBM Education Bachelors Degree Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $75,400.00 - $165,954.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
