Event Program Manager, Amazon Accelerate Seller Events

We're seeking a high-judgment, detail-oriented Program Manager to own Seller Café (1:1 support meetings) project operations, technology workflow and overall appointment tooling for Amazon Accelerate, our flagship seller conference. This role will drive operational excellence through technology implementation, process optimization, and data-driven improvements to enhance the seller experience. Key job responsibilities • Execute bar-raising events while driving process improvements and efficiency gains across operational teams. • Create detailed program playbooks and documentation that will guide execution, working backwards from desired outcomes • Design and implement scalable mechanisms for managing Subject Matter Expert (SME) assignments and scheduling • Own end-to-end technology strategy and execution for appointment operations, including appointment scheduling systems, workflow management, and reporting tools • Work directly with 3P vendors on technology solutions, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment • Lead onsite technical support for appointment technology during events • Develop comprehensive training materials and documentation for technology systems • Develop and maintain comprehensive audit processes to ensure quality and consistency across appointment technology implementations • Create and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring of case volume, appointment status, and operational metrics • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection and reporting processes • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and stakeholder feedback • Build workback timelines across relevant workstreams, identifying dependencies and key milestones • Anticipate roadblocks from other workstreams and actively work to avoid them • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules • Experience with Airtable or similar workflow management platforms • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization • Knowledge and experience managing appointment scheduling tools such as JiffleNow or similar appointment scheduling tools. • Background in event technology Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
