You will collaborate closely with our Creative Director to activate our vision through a variety of creative initiatives, including social media engagement, marketing campaigns, and dynamic content projects. Key Responsibilities • Social Media Engagement: • Support in the creation, scheduling, and publication of engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook. • Foster community interaction by responding promptly to comments and messages. • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and implement creative concepts for reels, stories, and posts. • Marketing Contributions: • Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials. • Collaborate in crafting marketing strategies to spotlight events and seasonal offerings. • Ensure our website content is reflective of our brand and updated regularly. • Graphic Design Support: • Create compelling visuals for social media, email campaigns, and in-store displays, ensuring brand consistency. • Content Development: • Capture and edit photographs and videos showcasing our products, events, and café atmosphere. • Work in tandem with the Creative Director to bring ideas to life in a visually appealing manner. • Administrative Management: • Organize and maintain calendars for content planning and deadlines. • Streamline project files and materials to enhance workflow efficiency. • Brand Engagement: • Monitor industry trends and social media best practices. • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm fresh ideas for customer engagement and storytelling. Required Skills • Proficiency in managing or assisting with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook. • Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp and website management platforms like Squarespace or Shopify. • Basic graphic design capabilities with tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. • Strong photography and videography skills, including editing. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple projects effectively. • A creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and branding. Qualifications • Previous experience in social media management is essential. • Familiarity with graphic design and content creation is preferred. • A passion for coffee, cuisine, and community-building is a must.
