We are seeking a Technical Architect to lead the Order Management Systems (OMS) services team in delivering high-quality OMS implementations and integrated solutions. You will oversee the full implementation lifecycle, manage/guide a team of junior consultants, and ensure all solutions are built using best practices according to the client's business objectives. What you will do: • Lead the technical direction of OMS projects and technical services team • Lead project teams in the design, development, testing, and technical documentation of integration solutions and custom elements of business applications in the OMS domain that align with client requirements, vendor software capabilities, and implementation best practices. • Support sales and provide detailed estimates and work breakdown structure for projects and proposals. • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to design cohesive technical solutions and ensure all team members are rowing together through all implementation phases. • Facilitate design sessions, perform code reviews, and provide architectural direction for innovative and scalable OMS solutions. • Maintain a flexible and proactive approach to development, adapting quickly to changing project requirements while staying up to date on the latest OMS solution and technical capabilities being brought to market. • Take ownership of the quality of deliverables, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and meet client specifications. What you will bring: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain or a related field • 7+ years OMS experience in a technical role preferably Manhattan, IBM, Koerber, Blue Yonder, Kibo, Fluent Commerce, or similar • 4+ years experience working with or managing offshore teams is strongly preferred • Strong understanding of cloud computing and micro-services architectures • Understanding of databases and data models like MS SQL, My SQL, Postgress, Mongo DB, Hadoop, etc. • Experience in delivering real-time, event-driven, and batch integration solutions • Background in API design, application architecture, design, and object modeling • Prior experience developing solutions on integration platforms, preferably MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, TIBCO, Software AG, Azure Logic Apps, or similar products • Proven experience extending/customizing OMS capabilities utilizing APIs, user exits, agents and developing microservices to meet business requirements • Ability to travel up to 50% Benefits of Joining enVista: • Competitive Compensation & Bonuses • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance • Paid Time Off, Holidays & Volunteer Days • Life Insurance, Short/Long Term Disability • Paid Sabbatical Program • 401k with Company Matching • Flexible Work Opportunities • Paid Sabbatical After Seven Years of Service • Employee Referral Bonus At enVista, diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) are part of our core values that we proactively foster and build upon.
