Key Responsibilities

Contract Management: Review contracts thoroughly, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions while safeguarding organizational interests. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Accounts Payable teams to ensure seamless operational workflows. Vendor Relations: Identify and onboard new vendors, maintain strong supplier relationships, and negotiate favorable agreements. Utilize Technology: Employ tools like Coupa and Concur for Accounts Payable processing, and leverage Excel for detailed data analysis and reporting. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and use data-driven insights to make strategic purchasing decisions.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a Buyer, Procurement Specialist, or similar role, with a deep understanding of procurement principles and best practices. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong internal and external relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex scenarios and implement effective solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software; experience with procurement tools like Coupa or Concur is a plus. Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Previous experience in vendor management, contract review, or accounts payable workflows is essential.
