Duties And Responsibilities: • In charge of blending feed components in precise amounts following specifications from the head of the mill. • Ensure that the feed deliveries and orders are positioned in their appropriate bin locations. • Accountable for making sure each feed ingredient is assigned to the appropriate bin. • Maintain the truck and tractor in good condition and keep an eye on the mill to guarantee proper operations. • Undertake repairs or replacements as needed on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. • In charge of keeping the mill and office surroundings clean and hygienic. • Keeping accurate inventory levels and records is fundamental. • It is vital to maintain safe work practices, adhere to procedures, and ensure sanitary conditions, to guarantee optimal product quality, feed security, and workplace safety.
