Position Overview We are in search of a dedicated and empathetic Provisional Licensed Mental Health Professional (PLMHP) to become a part of our team as a Telehealth Counselor. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to apply your clinical expertise and provide exceptional mental health services to clients across all age groups. Key Responsibilities Conduct individual and family therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, ensuring a commitment to high standards of care. Execute initial assessments to determine clients mental health needs and partner with them to formulate tailored treatment plans. Cultivate a supportive and therapeutic environment for clients while upholding professional boundaries and ethical practices. Complete necessary documentation, such as treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to deliver comprehensive care for clients. Commit to fulfilling all paperwork requirements for provisional licensure and credentialing in the designated state within the outlined timeline. Engage actively in supervision sessions, training programs, and various opportunities for professional enhancement. Required Skills Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a closely related field. Current provisional licensure as a PLMHP in the relevant state. Experience working with a diverse range of clients, particularly children and adolescents. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement in telehealth settings. Ability to work autonomously while also being a collaborative member of a remote team. Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms for counseling services.
