Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design • Design eye-catching brochures, visiting cards, business cards, birthday cards, and promotional materials. • Create visually appealing graphics for social media to support marketing campaigns. • Assist the operations team by designing polished cover letters, CVs, and client-facing documents. • Develop engaging infographics and visual aids to complement marketing content. • Maintain and update the company’s visual assets, templates, and design resources. Video Editing • Produce and edit captivating videos for social media marketing campaigns. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video content that aligns with our brand identity and objectives. • Experiment with creative editing techniques to enhance the quality of video content. Brand Consistency • Ensure all designs and video content adhere to the company’s brand guidelines, creating a cohesive and professional visual identity. • Enhance the brand’s presence on social media through consistent, engaging, and on-trend content. • Monitor social media trends and implement creative strategies to keep the brand relevant and appealing. Collaboration and Communication • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand design requirements and objectives. • Provide regular updates on project progress and deliver tailored solutions. • Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality. Innovation and Organization • Experiment with new design tools, techniques, and trends to continuously improve the quality of work. • Maintain organized files and documentation for all design and video projects.
