With VocoVision, you will be treated as an independent 1099 contractor, meaning you’ll have flexibility in your personal schedule and finances to provide remote services. Position Details • Contract: 1099 independent contracting structure • Hours: Full-time hours (35-40 hours), including indirect time • Platform: We work with Zoom Plus application (HIPAA/FERPA compliant) • Rate: $28-35/hour, depending on experience Start and End Dates: ASAP to End of School Year • We can also look for opportunities for '25-'26 as well! School Hours: 8:00 to 3:30 PM local time Requirements • Degree: At least a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or related degrees (preferred Master's Degree in Special Education) • Certification: South Carolina state certification for Special Education • Experience: Past SPED teaching experience, with remote experience preferred • Set Up: Home computer with camera and microphone functions with strong internet connection, capable of running Zoom or Microsoft Teams Requirements • Provide synchronous online instruction for students with IEPs. • Develop and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). • Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed. • Collaborate with onsite staff and faculty to support student needs. • Facilitate in virtual IEP meetings with family and faculty members.
