? *About the Role:

  • The Sales Closer is responsible for increasing revenue by enrolling students into one of our IT career training programs.

This will be done through 2 primary methods: outbound setting and inbound calls. NOTE: This position is full-time and virtual, meaning you can work from anywhere. The team here at NGT Academy is located throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe. ? Responsibilities: You will be responsible for prospecting, enrolling, and nurturing new students into the training program. As well as assisting with any defaulted payments, withdrawal requests and assisting the Student Success team as needed. • Enrolling: Calls will be conducted via Zoom, and it is your responsibility to enroll students into the program within KPI. • Consultative Selling: Address objections and emphasize significant ROI for our students, ensuring high conversion rates. • Nurturing: You must track your pipeline of people who did not enroll on the first call, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement. • Defaults, refunds and student support: assist students and internal NGT Academy teams as needed. ? You understand that to be the best, you have to work hard for it and learn from others who are further ahead than you.
