Production Associate I – Disassembly/Cleaning and Inspection (1st Shift) Location: 10850 East 104th Avenue Henderson CO 80640 Job Description: Are you mechanically inclined with a keen attention to detail? Join our team as a Production Associate I and play a critical role in the teardown and inspection of high-horsepower diesel engines. This is a hands-on position where you will disassemble engines, clean components, and inspect parts to ensure quality and readiness for the next production stage. Responsibilities: • Disassemble diesel engines and components. • Clean engine parts and prepare them for inspection. • Perform quality inspections and identify non-conforming materials. • Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace. • Collaborate with teammates and support staff to meet production goals. • Participate in training and contribute to process improvements. Key Skills: • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tasks. • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools. • Strong attention to detail. • Experience working with engines (preferred).
