We currently teach over 3000 kids each week at over 150 different schools across Maryland, Virginia and California. Through engaging and interactive music programs, we partner with schools, community centers, and families to deliver experiences that resonate with children of all ages and abilities. What You’ll Do As a member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in connecting schools and families with our programs, helping us make a lasting impact on children’s lives. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will: • Make approximately 150 calls daily to engage potential clients. • Utilize voicemail drops for efficiency, reserving energy for live conversations. • Schedule 3-5 engaging demos per day by offering flexible calendar slots. • Coordinate with the program team to pass on booked leads for follow-up. • Prepare call lists and ensure all administrative tasks are completed. • Report daily progress and results. What to Expect During the Hiring Process • Initial Screening: A 5-minute call to assess communication skills and fit for the role. • Practical Interview: Participate in mock calls and live call demonstrations to showcase your ability to connect with potential clients using a script. • Onboarding: Comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in the role.
