Part time recruiting cold caller

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through outbound calls, providing information about our long term career opportunities, and fostering relationships that drive business development. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, making them an essential part of our sales team. Responsibilities • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services. • Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and client feedback in the software system Skills • Proven experience in outbound calling and telemarketing. • Strong technical sales background with the ability to understand product specifications. • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication. • Familiarity with software tools used for tracking calls and managing leads. • Ability to develop business relationships through effective communication. • Experience in warm calling and inside sales is highly desirable. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
