We are currently on the lookout for a full-time Member Service Representative I to become an integral part of our Call Center team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, possess strong multitasking abilities, and exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment is crucial for this role. The incumbent will showcase outstanding phone etiquette, exceptional service capabilities, and the ability to discern member needs to recommend and sell suitable products and services. This fast-paced, goal-driven position entails achieving weekly, monthly, and annual production, service, and sales targets. The successful candidate will need to work both independently and collaboratively, consistently striving to meet and exceed both personal and departmental objectives. Key Responsibilities • Deliver exceptional service to members via effective communication and problem-solving. • Recommend and sell products and services tailored to member needs. • Achieve and exceed personal and departmental goals in a fast-paced setting. Required Skills • A minimum of one year of customer service experience demonstrating proven sales and service skills. • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Ability to efficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls. • Professional phone demeanor and clear speaking voice. • Effective oral communication skills, complemented by strong listening abilities. • Resourcefulness and analytical capabilities. • Proficiency in a Windows software environment. • Desired typing speed of 35 words per minute. • Strong writing skills with attention to grammar and composition. • Good organizational skills and time management. Qualifications • Dependable and skilled in multitasking. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. • Excellent phone etiquette. • Self-motivated team player with the capacity to work independently.
