Join MSX International's Team as a Field Tech Advisor MSX International is a leading provider of automotive solutions, and we are seeking a skilled Field Tech Advisor to join our team. As a Field Tech Advisor, you will play a critical role in reducing buybacks, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing operational efficiency.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with dealerships and our organization to reduce buybacks and improve customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include providing technical assistance and fixed operations consultation to dealer personnel, fleet, and commercial customers. You will also motivate and lead dealer service personnel to higher levels of service and parts performance. Your key tasks will include working with STAR escalations - high buyback risk vehicles as identified by the Service Triage Agents, providing phone and in-dealership technical assistance, representing our organization as a subject matter expert (litigation/buybacks), and providing support for C.A.G. / engineering. Additionally, you will be responsible for recall and Required Service Updates (RSU) follow-up and reduction, functioning as a quality feedback liaison, and providing dealership consultation on various topics.
