Role Description Ideabright Infotech is looking for a full-time remote FBA and Ecommerce Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities: Amazon Store Management: Create and manage product listings, ensuring accuracy and optimization for search. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. Implement and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns to increase product visibility. Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand and prevent stockouts. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely replenishment. Marketplace Expansion: Identify and explore opportunities to expand our presence on other ecommerce platforms. Develop and execute strategies for entering new marketplaces. Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries and reviews promptly and professionally. Implement customer engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Analytics and Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance, advertising ROI, and other relevant metrics. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Amazon FBA and Ecommerce Specialist or a similar role. In-depth knowledge of Amazon's Seller Central and other ecommerce platforms. Proficiency in using tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar for market research. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in FBA and Ecommerce management Experience with eBay, Google Shopping, and Amazon Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions Experience analyzing and optimizing listings, utilizing A/B testing and other data analysis methods Experience with order management, inventory management, and reporting Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar field preferred Apply Job!
