Aquity Solutions provides healthcare professionals with key services including Medical Scribing, Interim HIM Services, Medical Coding and Medical Transcription. Position Description: This position is responsible for providing expert recruiting and staffing services for AQuity’s Solutions. It is responsible for creating the pipeline and delivering high quality candidates to address the business requirements. As a result of knowledge and skillful tactics, the Recruiter will advance AQuity’s brand across numerous markets and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. This individual will perform full life cycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and professional groups. This role will primarily be responsible for recruiting for our Medical Coding business unit and any corporate functional positions including Sales, Finance, IT, and HR. Other positions may be assigned depending on business needs. Experience recruiting HIM and Medical Coding professionals is strongly desired. This position will be virtually based in a home office. M-F Working Hours Accountabilities/Duties: · Research and source qualified candidates in target markets. · Screen candidate resumes and applications submitted through AQuity’s ATS online tool, internal referrals, partner organizations and other sources. · Interview candidates to confirm candidate match with requirements. · Managing relationships with hiring managers and candidates. · Must be able to rapidly assimilate information and address the balance of meeting business needs, beating competitors and operating within financial objectives. Experience: · 2 years of experience in a staffing or high-volume recruiting environment. 1 yr experience recruiting within the Medical Coding and Health Information industry is required. · Knowledge and past use of automated applicant tracking systems. UltiPro experience preferred. · Project management, writing, and excellent oral communication skills are required. · Bachelor’s degree required. Skills: · Strong initiative and solid judgment/skills. · Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications and the use of email, instant messenger, and conference lines. · Must be comfortable with internet sourcing and experienced in mining online databases. · Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures. · Able to manage and adapt to competing demands and constructive feedback. · Flexible approach to adjust to priorities that meet the needs of the business. · Must be effective working remotely and independently, as well as within team #CB Education : Bachelors Experience : 1 years: 1 yr experience recruiting within the Medical Coding and Health Information industry . 2 years: 2 years of experience in a staffing or high-volume recruiting environment.
