Key Responsibilities Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via live chat on our website in a friendly and professional manner. Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions to assist customers in their purchasing decisions. Engage with website visitors to understand their needs and guide them to appropriate resources. Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services. Work collaboratively with the customer service and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Participate in training sessions to develop your skills in customer interaction and product knowledge. Maintain a positive and proactive attitude while assisting customers online.
