Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by promoting our training programs, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for finance and investments, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities • Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and outreach activities. • Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their investment goals and recommend appropriate training programs. • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and drive repeat business. • Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and close deals. • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to effectively position our training programs. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software. • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the financial services or education industry. • Strong understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and investment products. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). • Relevant certifications (e.g., Series 7, Series 63) a plus.
