About the Role
As the Co-Founder & CTO, you will play a critical role in driving our technical strategy, architecture, and product development. Youll collaborate closely with the founding team to define the company's vision, develop innovative Web3 solutions, and grow a world-class technical team. This is a leadership role that combines hands-on development with strategic oversight, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment. Responsibilities Technical Vision & Strategy: Define and lead the companys technology strategy to align with business goals, focusing on blockchain, smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and Web3 infrastructure. Product Development: Architect and develop scalable, secure, and user-friendly Web3 solutions, ensuring a seamless integration of blockchain and traditional technologies. Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing technical team to support the companys growth and technical needs. Innovation & R&D: Stay ahead of trends in the blockchain and Web3 space, experimenting with emerging technologies to enhance the companys product offering. Collaboration: Work alongside other co-founders to shape business strategies, secure funding, and engage with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers. Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for cybersecurity, data protection, and blockchain compliance.
Requirements
Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in blockchain technologies, including Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, or other Layer 1/2 solutions. Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python. Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, smart contracts, decentralized finance (DeFi), and NFTs. Experience with Web3 tools like IPFS, Metamask, and wallet integrations. Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading technical teams or startups, ideally in the blockchain/Web3 space. Ability to take products from ideation to deployment, scaling them effectively. Entrepreneurial Spirit: A risk-taker with the resilience to navigate the challenges of an early-stage startup. Passionate about decentralization, Web3 ecosystems, and the transformative potential of blockchain. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, capable of breaking down complex problems into actionable solutions. Experience in agile development, DevOps, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD). Preferred Qualifications Prior experience as a founder or technical co-founder or a Senior smart contract developer. Contributions to open-source blockchain/Web3 projects.
