Salary $30 - $40 per hour A Bit About Us We have partnered with a boutique immigration law firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to handle a diverse caseload, including NIWs, O-1s, E-2s, EB-1s, and PERM-based petitions (I-140s, I-485s). Job Details Responsibilities Prepare, review, and manage high volumes of NIV/IV filings, focusing on NIW, O-1, and EB-1A cases. Independently oversee a large caseload, collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient, high-quality work. Maintain clear and timely communication with clients throughout the visa process. Coordinate with USCIS, CBP, the Department of State, and the Department of Labor as needed. Support attorneys with evidence collection, document preparation, and adherence to deadlines. Track case progress, manage records, and address potential delays proactively. Draft and prepare responses to RFEs. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience handling O-1 and NIW petitions. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex caseloads. Bachelors degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred, but not required.
