Required Skills • Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly desirable. • Valid Kansas teaching license with a special education endorsement in compliance with Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) requirements. • In-depth knowledge of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and experience in customizing accommodations and modifications. • Demonstrated ability to provide online instruction to students with special needs. • Exceptional communication skills to facilitate collaboration with students, families, and educational staff. • Proficiency in utilizing digital learning platforms and assistive technologies to support educational achievements.
