Role Summary As a customer care doordash specialist, your main responsibilities will include resolving customer queries, providing product information, and assisting with order-related issues. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about DoorDash services, delivery processes, and partner restaurants. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and improve service delivery. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, promotions, and policies to assist customers. Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues. Work towards monthly service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate or Bachelors degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service, call center, or related field (1-3 years preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment.
