  • Document customer interactions in our CRM system to track and manage issues efficiently.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.

  • Flexible part-time positions available, with shifts scheduled between 9 AM and 9 PM EST, including evenings and weekends.
