Remote Fulltime Core Subject Teacher | Virtual WFH
Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic educators who excel in a virtual environment for a full-time remote teaching role. Key Responsibilities Instruct core subjects to a diverse student body ranging from Kindergarten to 12th grade within a fully remote classroom setting. Engage with students in a full-time capacity, Monday through Friday, for approximately 37.5 hours per week. Begin immediately, with the position lasting until the conclusion of the 2024-2025 school year, and the potential for renewal for the following academic year. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred. Possession of a current West Virginia Teaching Certification or eligibility to obtain one. Demonstrated experience in K-12 general education; experience with virtual instruction is advantageous. Professional liability insurance, to be acquired upon offer acceptance. Required Skills Strong communication and organizational abilities. Proven capability to establish rapport with students and cultivate a positive and engaging virtual classroom atmosphere. Excellent problem-solving skills, with adaptability to various teaching scenarios. Proficient in educational technologies and software, including Zoom and Google Classroom. A fervent commitment to facilitating student academic success and personal growth.
