Overview of the Role: Our client is looking for a Senior Client Solutions Executive. As a Senior Client Solutions Executive you will be in charge of identifying and winning new clients by attending relevant events, networking, and meeting with potential clients face-to-face. You will play a critical and active role in growing the company. As part of the team, you will: Hunting: Originate and nurture business relationships at national and local events, industry trade shows, panels, and other venues where you can meet potential clients (Focus on a specific metro area) Present our clients unique value proposition tailored to the needs of our potential clients senior executives Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients Project Management: Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that satisfy clients' needs and achieve their desired business outcomes Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets and business goals Understand and assist in managing and mitigating key risks through tactical plans and actions Key qualifications and skills to succeed in this role: 1+ years experience in selling professional IT or software services in companies that belong to the IT sector Hunter's profile B2B experience Strong LinkedIn network Advanced English (spoken and written) 5+ years of relevant experience as a sales/client solutions agent Proven track record of achieving sales targets (min. $1MM ARR) and client retention Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of our potential clients Native English or fully bilingual (English) Experience selling nearshore IT professional services and/or services is definitely a plus What to expect from us: Fully Remote: Enjoy the freedom to work from anywhere in the world.
