Remote Data Entry Clerk at STACK

Responsibilities

Data Entry & Verification • Input and update large volumes of data into computer systems accurately and efficiently. • Verify the accuracy of data entries and correct any discrepancies. • Perform regular data backups to ensure data security and accessibility. Data Maintenance & Quality Assurance • Organize, manage, and maintain data files to ensure accurate records. • Conduct data cleaning to identify and remove duplicate or outdated entries. • Adhere to data entry protocols and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Reporting & Documentation • Generate reports or summaries as required by the management or relevant departments. • Document data entry activities and update relevant logs or tracking systems. • Respond to data inquiries and resolve any issues related to data accuracy. Collaboration & Communication • Coordinate with other departments to retrieve or verify necessary data. • Communicate data-related issues or improvements to team leaders or supervisors. • Participate in training sessions and stay updated with data entry software or system changes. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or office administration is a plus. • Proven experience in data entry, data processing, or a related field is preferred. • Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with data entry software. • High attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow procedures and guidelines. Working Conditions: • Remote, work-from-home environment. • Flexible working hours, depending on the project requirements. • Requires a stable internet connection and a reliable computer.
