Senior Director of Account Management, Ads Platform

Position Summary: Swiftly is searching for a Director of Account Management to lead our existing Advertising Account Management Team. The role will focus on managing a team of Media Account Managers to successfully meet the needs of CPG and Alcohol brands, as well as Grocery Retailers. The Media Account Management Team’s primary role at Swiftly is to work across the organization, and with clients, to design and execute exceptional media campaigns that ensure customer retention and revenue growth. This is achieved via a team of professionals who possess deep knowledge and experience in the digital media eco system, have the curiosity and aptitude to quickly become Swiftly products/solutions experts, and who are committed to flawless execution in media campaign design and delivery for Swiftly’s customers.

Responsibilities

Include: • Lead Account Management Team to design effective media campaigns across on-site, off-site, email and social media • Ensure team is consistently trained on tools, systems, and communication processes to deliver flawless campaign executions and results • Ensure team is continuously trained and knowledgeable in Swiftly’s product solutions, media placement locations, and can articulate the value to clients • Define and establish clear roles and responsibilities across cross-functional departments in areas related to customer account management, media planning, and media operations/buying • Establish processes, systems, reporting and effective communication approaches across Swiftly Organization (i.e. Ad Operations, Analytics, Product, and Sales) to effectively design, deliver, and measure all elements of media campaign • Define & track weekly key performance metrics required to successfully manage and deliver effective client campaigns • Work with partners (i.e. retailers and 3rd party media platforms) to establish standard operating procedures and optimize ways of working • Support Ad Sales Team/Swiftly Org. and our clients to help solve problems, find revenue growth opportunities, and uncover new strategic business solutions • Meet with customers regularly (virtually and in-person) to provide updates and address business concerns • Present annual Account Management priorities and goals to Swiftly Management, Sales, and Strategic Clients/Partners • Deliver against KPIs associated with revenue growth, customer satisfaction, upselling new products/features, and customer retention • Other related duties as assigned Required Qualifications: • Team/People management experience • Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude, and detail oriented • Coaching, communication, and leadership skills • Experience defining and measuring workflow processes • Experience managing both the creative and analytical sides of advertising • Experience working with different digital media platforms and data providers • Team oriented professional who works productively with sales, operations, analytics, and product counterparts to deliver flawless media campaign executions. • Highly organized with a proven ability to partner with customers and internal teams to define expectations and deliver results • Ability to counsel customers on campaign effectiveness, go-forward optimization recommendations, and real-time problem resolution strategies • Proven experience delivering effective media results for customers and retaining/growing customer revenue Working For Swiftly We are working on a set of problems that require the best in the industry to get right.
