Brault is a practice management, billing and coding company exclusively serving acute care independent physician practices. We are currently looking for experienced, energetic, detailed oriented Patient Services Representatives to work in our Call Center. Qualified individuals must possess excellent customer service skills, have the ability to multi-task and prioritize, and have strong problem solving skills. Position Summary With minimal supervision, the Patient Services Representative (PSR) will manage calls from patients, insurance representatives and attorneys. The position will be responsible for verifying patient's eligibility, updating patient demographics and insurance information, researching patient out-of-pocket responsibility and working accounts in compliance with billing guidelines. If necessary, the PSR will call patients.
