Customer Service Representative

They are seeking an organized customer service professional with great written communication skills to support with order entry. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive their orders correctly and in a timely manner. This role is 100% onsite in Duluth. Apply today if this sounds like it might be a fit and we'll be happy to share more. salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities • Input customer orders and process them in software. • Support customers with general inquiries on orders. • Respond in a timely manner to adjustments, lead times, and order status. • Answer any billing or invoicing questions. • Uncover errors in the order entry system and resolve as necessary. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Planning.
