The individual we are looking for is to be qualified, detailed orientated and team player Customer Service Representative to work in our Porta Potties Division. We are looking for a very passionate customer service representative that is driven for success, work in a high paced environment, and is very outgoing. We have a team approach and provide outstanding customer service. Summary of Essential Job Functions of the Customer Service Representative: ? Provide excellent customer service to customers. ? Ability to provide support to both the customers and team. ? Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments. ? Ability to promote company services and products. ? Accurately enter data, information, bills, receipts, reports and other documents. ? Ability to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries. Minimum Requirements needed to apply for the Customer Service Representative opening: ? Understand and ability to apply general rules to delinquent accounts. ? Great interpersonal, analytical skills and attention to detail. ? Maintain the cleanliness of the organization of workspace ?
