Proactively identify and resolve vendor or local delivery challenges to uphold seamless operations. Engage in open communication with vendors to address issues and modify delivery schedules as needed. When necessary, escalate complex matters to supervisors for prompt resolution. Partner with cross-functional teams to rectify any inaccuracies in merchant data. Gather and align item-level data supplied by merchants with internal item identifiers and descriptions. Required Skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving capabilities. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment. Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics coordination. Strong analytical skills and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
