We are currently seeking a Permanent Tax Manager to join our dynamic team in the Accounting and Finance industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of high net worth individuals and corporations, providing innovative tax solutions and strategic advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax review, income tax, and S Corp. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating tax compliance, planning, and strategy for our clients. The role demands a well-organized, action-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize tasks and work in a remote environment. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate tax audits, planning, and strategy for our clients. Review and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure tax compliance. Provide tax advice on business decisions, taking into account the tax implications of various strategies. Assist in the preparation and review of income tax returns for high net worth individuals and corporations. Keep up-to-date with changes in tax law and regulations, and communicate these changes to clients and team members. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA designation is preferred. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a tax manager role, preferably in the Accounting and Finance industry. Proven experience with tax review, income tax, S Corp, gift tax, and corporation tax. Experience working with high net worth individuals and corporations.
