The Infrastructure team within P&C IT Services is seeking an intern to join the team for the summer 2025. The Infrastructure Intern will work with program and project managers on the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings, and information. Organize projects with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget. Create overall organization for the team and the deliverables to achieve. Responsibilities include: Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules and work hours Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings Ensuring project deadlines are met Undertaking project tasks as required, such as helping to test the system or analyze data Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings Taking meeting minutes Tracking open risks and issues, and following up on solutions and deadlines associated with those Facilitate project meetings Other duties as assigned Requirements: Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills Outstanding organizational skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Ability to work on tight deadlines as needed Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook First or second year student pursuing an IT-related degree.
