The Tesla Energy team in Nevada is looking for an experienced Video Content Producer to join our team. Being up to date on Tesla's product and process updates, training materials, and cross-departmental knowledge is critical to providing an exceptional customer experience. The Content Creator on the Energy Training Team will be key to continuing Tesla's growth and providing improved internal resources and relevant Gigafactory updates. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial or manufacturing environments with expertise in video recording and editing tools. Photography experience will be a plus. They will also have a strong desire to help build and maintain a world class training program in a dynamic industry-defining organization. This producer will have a passion for teaching others and achieving excellence through instruction and problem-solving actions. They possess natural leadership skills, are innovative, and are critical thinkers. They will work within a highly functioning team and must be self-motivated. They have the desire and ability to navigate through multiple competing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that changes day to day.

Responsibilities

Crafting post-production workflows and establishing effective practices to optimize time and internal resources Carefully scoping post-production activities on all projects to ensure alignment with plans and the ability to meet deadlines, keeping adaptability to accommodate last-minute changes Proactively troubleshooting challenges as they arise, offering solutions with patience and a calm demeanor Conducting quality checks on each editing round to ensure alignment with the original brief and thorough incorporation of feedback Tracking project timings, feedback, and resources while providing timely updates to stakeholders Cultivating strengthening relationships with stakeholders, producers, videographers and editors to ensure clarity and availability of necessary tools Supporting the edit team, ensuring an organized booking system, proper asset storage and archiving final films in the internal library. Coordinating backups, liaising with the DIT to ensure seamless information exchange between the Editor and relevant parties Requirements 5 years of experience as a post producer in an in-house production agency In-depth understanding and practical experience in post-production processes, ranging from offline to online, for scoping and scheduling High levels of motivation, along with a positive, friendly, and outgoing demeanor, with exceptional organizational and communication skills A positive and adaptable attitude, coupled with a knack for creative problem-solving Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including setting up projects and addressing technical issues Meticulous attention to detail for effective identification of errors or missed feedback during the QC process Current knowledge of post-production timings and efforts, enabling on-the-spot creation of timing plans Apply Job!
