Regional Recruitment Marketing and Employer Brand Specialist

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Regional Recruitment Marketing and Employer Brand Specialist to join our expanding Talent Sourcing team. This role has a unique remit to develop and deliver a Recruitment Marketing Strategy for engineering and sales teams across the United States, Canada and Latin America. You will be the driving force in leveraging our employer brand to accelerate candidate attraction across the region for Microsoft. In this role, you will craft a compelling narrative and create content that highlights the benefits of working for Microsoft. You will work with global teams to develop a marketing strategy and deliver both paid and unpaid targeted campaigns to support functional and local recruitment activities. This work will include ensuring we maximize and leverage our overall Talent Acquisition channels, social media platforms, and technology to achieve a high return on investment. Responsibilities • Lead and orchestrate a regional organic social media strategy. Work closely with our central recruitment marketing and events teams, adhere to global standards, and derive data-driven insights on return on investment. • Execute research to inform your content strategy (blogs, employee stories, email campaigns etc.), then design marketing campaigns to fully leverage these assets for candidate attraction. • Create strategies and recommendations based on relevant data, and advise relevant stakeholders on which channels should be used to generate the greatest impact in a cost-optimized manner. • Develop and nurture relationships with talent communities, and implement strategies to engage with potential candidates within these communities, fostering a sense of connection and interest in our organization, and utilize these efforts to convert interested individuals into active job applicants. • Closely liaise, align, and partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), agencies, global peers in similar roles, communications teams, finance, procurement, HR analytics, and other relevant stakeholders across the company. This includes defining and developing best practices and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to test innovative social and other marketing programs, as well as working to procurement budget for marketing activities and campaigns.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role • OR equivalent experience. • 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Marketing for a technology company. Talent Acquisition IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
