You will spend 80% of your time on the phones making calls outbound. The calls will be follow-up inquiry calls or simple call-backs. A potential recruit is someone that is qualified to become a new mobile notary or existing mobile notary that signs up for any notary business service that we offer. LOCATION: Telecommute from your home office. Must be a legal USA resident. QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS: 1 year or more of experience with inbound customer service, survey calls, outbound B2B calling, telemarketing, recruiting, or sales. Ability to make a minimum of 75 plus outbound calls per day to candidates and send email correspondence. Ability to post 250 new job ads per week online to FREE classified ad sites. Must be very upbeat, friendly, detailed, and have outbound telemarketing/recruitment experience. Must be able to complete and pass a felony verification check. Must have strong organizational skills and a motivated attitude to get the job done! Work independently with minimum supervision. COMPENSATION: $15.00 per recruited agent or business that enrolls into our campaign services. Based on commissions. The average hourly pay rate is $15.00 - $30.00 per hour. Contractors are paid bi-weekly on the 1st and 15th of every month. FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULE : You can work up to 40 hours per week (M-F) and 7 hrs (10 AM-5 PM) on Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and all major holidays. You must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week to stay active in this position. However, you can work up to 45 hours per week.
