Responsibilities • Communicate with prospective clients via phone, email, or online chat to discuss health insurance options and coverage plans. • Offer personalized recommendations and guidance to clients based on their specific healthcare needs and budget. • Assist clients in completing health insurance applications and enrollment forms accurately and efficiently. • Stay up-to-date with the latest health insurance plans, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients. • Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support throughout the policy lifecycle. • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance knowledge and improve sales skills. • Meet or exceed individual and team targets for enrollment and customer satisfaction. • Uphold compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
