Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst – Order Processing Expert Summary: We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst with specialized expertise in Order Processing within the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) environment. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of core functionalities, including Sales Entry, Order Maintenance, Retail, and Customer Service, to optimize and support our sales order processes. This role is essential for ensuring that our D365 platform effectively meets business needs, enhances customer service, and drives process improvements. Key Responsibilities for the Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst – Order Processing Expert: • Order Processing & Sales Operations • Lead the configuration, customization, and support of D365 modules related to Sales Entry, Order Maintenance, Retail, and other sales order functions. • Work with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement process improvements that enhance sales order accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. • Serve as the subject matter expert on order processing and sales operations functionalities within D365 F&O. • Customer and Sales Order Management • Develop solutions that support end-to-end customer management, including customer service functions within D365. • Configure workflows to streamline sales order entry, customer interactions, and order tracking, ensuring compliance with internal standards. • Support the team with insights and solutions to improve customer data integrity, manage accounts effectively, and improve service levels. • Technical Support and Troubleshooting • Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting expertise for D365-related issues in sales orders, customer service, and other functional areas. • Collaborate with IT teams and D365 developers to resolve system issues and implement system enhancements. • Conduct testing for new configurations, integrations, and system updates to ensure optimal functionality and minimal disruption. • Training and Documentation • Develop and deliver training for end-users, ensuring they understand the D365 processes related to sales orders, customer service, and retail functions. • Maintain up-to-date documentation on processes, configurations, and best practices, providing an accessible resource for teams. Qualifications for the Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst – Order Processing Expert: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on Order Processing, Sales Entry, Order Maintenance, Retail, and Customer Service functionalities. • Advanced knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, especially modules tied to sales order management and customer service. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving efficiency and process improvement within D365. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively. Preferred Skills for the Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst – Order Processing Expert • Experience in the retail or distribution industry. • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 integrations with other customer service or ERP tools. • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI for reporting and visualization Apply Job!
